This development will comprise a total of 86 two-level townhouses: being 49 x 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom and single garage with a living area of 159mN, 33 x 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom and single garage living area of 157mN, and 4 x 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom and single garage with a living area of 180mN. The townhouses will be developed across 26 detached buildings of duplex, triplex and quadplex designs, as this increases the number of corner units, which provide additional natural light to the townhouses.
Our client required a finance solution to allow sufficient time to obtain development approval and negotiate the build contract. Additionally, we’re currently negotiating a $40,000,000 higher leveraged construction facility (circa. 80% LVR – via one lender), to complete the build.
