This project consists of 33-townhouses, being 19 x 4-bedrooms, 2 x 3-bedrooms and 12 x 2-bedrooms. Of contemporary design, the townhouses have internal living areas of between 110 and 190 square meters. Townhouses surround a historically significant residence and contain landscaped gardens. Sale prices were between $505,000 and $540,000 and sold promptly. The build is tracking well, with build completion expected in July 2024.
Our client required a leveraged funding solution, so we packaged a construction facility together with a contributory private mezzanine solution, which had capitalised interest and fees to allow greater LVR.
