Not at all. We regularly negotiate with lenders with some give / take to bargain hard for the terms which suit your circumstances.

Interest rates are typically applied to drawn funds, whilst the line fee applies to the gross loan amount, whether drawn or not. If, for example, your construction is highly weighted to the back end of the loan term, you’d benefit from paying a slightly higher interest rate and lower line fee – we can show you how this calculates for your development.
